Stick to real sugar or honey. Stay away from gmo foods, processed, artificial anything. I had a farmer once tell me, if you read the ingredients on a label and you don't know what something is, you shouldn't put it in your body.
Thank you for your comment. Many people like to keep it natural. But just because it's natural doesn't make it healthy. Sugars are natural but in excess they can cause all sorts of health problems. This substack is, I envision, sort of a journal of my own investigations into health issues that really impact me -- such as the pros and cons of sweeteners.

You're welcome. You are correct, an excess of anything is unhealthy. Moderation seems the wisest way to go.
